Experience in building maintenance, handyman work, construction, or remodeling.
Practical skills across several trades,
Basic electrical and plumbing experience, including troubleshooting common issues and completing minor repairs.
Valid driver's license if traveling between locations.
Ability to perform the physical duties of the position, with reasonable accommodation.
High School diploma
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.
Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
Technicians may be required to be clean shaven in order to enter worksites for EquipmentShare customers who have this requirement
