High school diploma or equivalent required

Basic math and measurement skills

Some technical training or relevant experience preferred

GD&T; knowledge or certification preferred

ASQ Quality Inspector Certification is a plus

This position will operate on a Compressed Work Week schedule where the shift tends to be 12-hours from about 6pm to 6am. Shift 6 - Nighttime, back half of week - PM-AM Wed-Fri and alternating Saturday night.

5+ years of experience in the below skillsets: * semiconductor fabrication industry

5+ years of experience in the below skillsets: * Process engineering or Yield experience

A demonstrated aptitude to interact with vendor field service engineering support - and manufacturing technicians on toolsets.

Previous people management and/or leadership experience

Technical expertise within Semiconductor Process engineering and be able to provide technical direction on quality issues.

Data analysis skills and have a good understanding of basic statistics.
