Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret Hover drawings for proper metal material take-offs and applications.
Stay current on new metal roofing verticals and complete certifications as required.****
Proven ability to read and interpret Hover drawings and calculate accurate material needs.
Strong understanding of metal roofing systems and installation practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable leading virtual meetings and remote troubleshooting.

Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.

3+ years related pipe fitting experience
Must possess a valid Arizona driver's license and have acceptable driving record that allows insurability under Earthscapes' insurance plan
