PMHNP
Active, unrestricted license to practice in the state of California
An unrestricted license and valid DEA number registered in California.
1+ years of post-licensure clinical experience as a PMHNP actively managing psychiatric patient panels.
Experience must include high-volume/high-acuity assessment, complex psychopharmacology management, direct crisis stabilization, and independent diagnostic decision-making.
Independent licensure and/or working with collaborating MD, as required by state law.
Active national board certification as a PMHNP through either the ANCC (PMHNP-BC) or AANPCB (PMHNP-C).
Active state Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) registration.
No suspension, exclusion, or debarment from federal healthcare programs (Medicare/Medicaid).
No adverse actions, disciplinary history, or license restrictions with any state nursing board, hospital, or credentialing body in the past 3 to 5 years.
Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing from an accredited institution.
The ability to provide telehealth.
