High School Diploma or GED preferred
1+ year of manufacturing, machine operating, or production experience preferred
Experience operating forming, stamping, fabrication, or similar manufacturing equipment is a plus
Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation
Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures
Strong mechanical proficiency and troubleshooting abilities
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
Ability to work safely around moving machinery and manufacturing equipment
