High school diploma or GED.
Arizona Caregiver Certification or an LPN license in good standing, or 4 years of related experience.
At least 1 year of experience in dementia care and medication administration.
Current First Aid/CPR certification at hire, maintained as required.
Current Arizona fingerprint clearance card for health care institutions, or application within the required timeframe.
Successful background screening appropriate for an assisted living setting.
Valid driver's license
Access to a private vehicle for business use.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and web-based applications.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
