The selection of the person to be hired for this position is contingent on the candidate having export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology which comes under the licensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

The candidate selected will have to qualify as either a U.S. citizen, a U.S. National, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a Person Admitted into the U.S. as an Asylee or Refugee., a National of a country that is not prohibited from having access to U.S. controlled technology (via a letter of assurance), or a Person to be approved for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction. Please understand that any job offer that requires approval of an export license will be conditional on Materion's determination that it will be able to obtain an export license in a time frame consistent with Materion's business requirements.

Training will be provided if necessary

Hours Worked: 40 hours per week

Flexible to the possibility of overtime and weekend hours when required.

Must be 18 years or older.

Able to safely operate a sit-down forklift

Ability to use measuring devices (gauges, tapes, rulers).

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Minimum of six (6) months of experience.

Personal Protective Equipment is regularly required for this position which includes steel or composite toe boots, safety glasses, cut-resistant gloves and arm guards, and hearing protection.

All production employees must complete CCM's forklift certification program regardless of previous experience.

$22.00 hourly rate - $23.50 hourly rate.

Monday-Friday

12 hour shifts 3-4 days per week alternating.

Working overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum 1-2 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience with inspection tools, testing equipment, and quality control documentation.

Engaged in photovoltaic quality management for at least 1 year

Familiar with customer factory inspection and system audit

Familiar with the corresponding standards and requirements for photovoltaic product manufacturing and certification.

Proficient in Microsoft; MES software.

Proficient in 7 QC methods.

Familiar with customer factory inspections and system audits.

Experience in ISO 9000 System.

Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) ... must be used at all times.

Solar or electronics industry preferred
