Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.

Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.Familiarity with Circular 230

Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including, but not limited to, compliance training, proficiency-based up-skilling, cross-training of other products or offerings, and professional development. Proficient with technology, including tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.

Must reside within the United States.

Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus

Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

$25.00- $30.00 per hour (Magnolia, AR)

Guaranteed pay increases based on training completion and verified experience

$100 annual boot allowance, paid in quarterly installments

$250 Semi-Annual Tool Allowance after one year of service (up to $500 Annually)

Pay Range: 25.00-30.00 per_hour
