Experience in aerospace, defense, propulsion, or other regulated manufacturing environments
Familiarity with rocket motor manufacturing or similarly complex production systems
Six Sigma certification and/or Lean certification
Knowledge of capacity analysis, production scheduling, and continuous improvement methods
Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python
Knowledge of facility optimization, discrete event simulation, or advanced industrial engineering methods
Experience supporting complex, high-reliability, or highly regulated manufacturing operations
Strong knowledge of process improvement, production planning, capacity analysis, and manufacturing performance metrics
Experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
