Strong knowledge of the Water Treatment industry controls and feed equipment applications to help provide after-sales support in areas of Cooling towers, Boilers, Wastewater, RO, DI, Pump Skids, and other specialty water treatment processes
Proficiency in using online tools, MS Office applications, Industry specific software and remote dashboard interfaces
Basic understanding of machine-to-machine interface requirements (Modbus, Bacnet, Profibus, IO-Link, etc.)
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with problem solving and decision-making capabilities
Execute assignments in an accurate, timely, and safe manner with the ability to perform tasks through to completion
