Bachelor's degree required.
Three to five years' minimum relevant experience and/or a paralegal certificate required.
Must have expertise in litigation support activities
Basic understanding of corporate governance, regulatory and compliance concepts
Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
The ability to become proficient in other software (e.g., PowerBI)
