Salary for this role is $110,000-$150,000 depending on experience

Our hands-on training

Must maintain a flexible schedule aligned with active construction hours, which may include extended shifts, weekends, or night work to support critical cutovers or external audits.

Active BICSI RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) certification is strictly required.

Deep practical understanding of active construction environments, MEP coordination, and reading complex architectural blueprints and schematics.

Must maintain a flexible schedule aligned with active construction hours, which may include extended shifts, weekends, or night work to support critical cutovers or external audits.

Field site deployment requires the ability to extensively navigate active construction zones, adhere to strict PPE requirements, climb ladders, and inspect overhead trays or under raised floors.

Knowledge of reading engineering technical drawings, including GD&T; callouts

Effective English communication skills, including writing.

Knowledge of inspection tools (i.e. scopes, calipers, micrometers, etc) along with ability to focus for an extended amount of time while using microscope.

Have good computer skills and able to use Microsoft office products.

Must be able to work weekends when needed.

US Citizen Required

Good problem solving and Quality background strongly preferred.

Knowledge or experience with visual inspection tools, such as Keyence or OGP SmartScope, is highly preferred
