Understanding of and experience in the Data Center industry, including data center site selection and general operations
Master's Degree or higher (including Juris Doctor) in Business Administration, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate or related fields.
Experience in public private partnerships
Ability to understand and communicate high level electrical, power, cooling, fiber optics, and other technical requirements, particularly related to internet infrastructure
