Ability to read, understand engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design) in English

Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with small parts and color-coded wiring.

Experience working in a Manufacturing environment.

Familiarity or certification in IPC-A-620, J-STD-001, or IPC-A-610.

Understanding of wire descriptions, electrical color codes, and standard assembly procedures.

Knowledge of assembly and production processes, manufacturing capabilities data needed for defining delivery configurations (e.g., design definition, program directives, and engineering drawings, change memos, wiring diagrams and schematics, functional tests, supplier data)

Background check required

Must be able to obtain a food safety certification

Must qualify for and maintain correctional facility security clearance

Minimum of one (1) year of food prep or related work preferred

Previous supervisory experience preferred

Previous experience interacting with inmates a plus
