Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience, including 2+ years in fiber optic assembly manufacturing required
The ability to distinguish between color-coded fiber optic cables is an essential function of this position to ensure accurate assembly, installation, and quality standards.
Proficient Dexterity & Motor Skills for intricate/delicate work
Must be able to work with small parts in a clean room environment, using a microscope
Available to work overtime to support production goals as needed.
Experience using electronic testing equipment such as Oscilloscope, DMM (Digital Multi Meter), Variable Power Supplies required
Must be able to move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Must be able to remain in stationary position 75% of the time
Must be able to move between work zones
Must be proficient and able to understand written instructions in English language
Available to work overtime and off-shifts to support production goals as needed
Ability to work in a clean room environment wearing all required clean room gowning garments and PPE (gowns, shoe booties, hair nets, nitrile gloves, safety glasses, safety shoes)
