Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in commissioning, engineering consulting, MEP systems, facility operations, or construction.
Proven project management experience in mechanical systems, building performance, and MEP-related projects.
Demonstrated success managing commissioning projects from initiation through completion.
Experience in business development with a track record of cultivating and growing business.
Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, HVAC systems, and their operation within building environments.
Experience working with construction and facility operations teams on mechanical and electrical systems.
Strong computer skills to support project management, engineering analysis, documentation, and reporting.
Experience leading or contributing to a Mechanical Systems and Building Performance or similar practice area.
Background in mechanical systems design and building performance analysis.
Familiarity with a range of building performance, commissioning, and mechanical systems consulting services across multiple market sectors.
