6+ years of program management experience in global packaging, publications development, manufacturing, or related discipline
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated experience managing creative packaging programs across multiple regions
Experience with creative development systems, packaging management systems, and/or proofing systems
Strong ownership mindset with ability to drive deliverables independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
