Physician Assistant (PA)

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)

Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start

Board Certified as either an APRN or PA

Master's degree in biomedical science, psychology or related field is required. * Bachelor's degree in biomedical science, psychology or related field PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

5 years of experience is required.

Licensed Physician Assistant in the state of practice is required.

Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or * Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)

Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

HSHS requires COVID-19 vaccines or an approved medical or religious exemption for all colleagues.

Primary Care/Family Medicine experience is strongly preferred, but not required.

Certification by the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants is preferred.

DEA license is preferred.

$80,000 - $90,000 a year
