High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Previous experience operating manual machining equipment required.
Ability to clearly communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and understanding technical documentation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Experience using precision measuring equipment and performing dimensional inspections.
Strong knowledge of machining practices, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
Working knowledge of GD&T; principles.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook.
Regular standing, walking, reaching, lifting, and handling of materials throughout the shift.
Ability to perform precision work while maintaining close attention to detail.
Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.
