Bachelor's degree

2 years of sales experience

Experience in broadline distribution, customer service, foodservice, hospitality, or a related industry

Position requires a current and valid driver's license

Day time schedule

Strong experience in painting and drywall repair work.

Proven handyman skills with ability to perform general facility repairs.

Basic plumbing repair capabilities including fixtures and valve assemblies.

Physical capability to perform maintenance work including lifting, climbing, and working with tools and equipment.

Willingness to participate in cross-training on HVAC systems and building automation.

Experience with pumps, motors, fans, and mechanical systems.

Basic knowledge of pipe fitting and water system repairs.

Familiarity with HVAC preventive maintenance procedures.

Knowledge of cooling tower and water treatment system maintenance.

Previous union experience or understanding of union work environments.
