Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and restaurant operational standards

5+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant environment preferred

Experience with Toast POS, restaurant scheduling platforms, payroll/timekeeping systems, inventory software, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Drive, and similar restaurant technology is preferred.

Experience managing restaurants with $4M+ in annual sales

New restaurant opening experience

Experience developing managers and building leadership succession

Strong beverage and bar operational knowledge

Experience with high-volume full-service restaurants

College degree or equivalent combination of education and substantial restaurant leadership experience
