The expected pay range for this position is between $16.92 per hour and $22.35 per hour.
Compensation includes a base hourly wage, plus commission potential of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance after meeting a weekly sales base, if applicable.
Associates are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on overall store sales.
