ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications in relevant areas such as Brakes, Electrical/Electronic Systems, Diesel Engines, or Medium/Heavy Truck preferred
CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is a plus
Technical or vocational training in diesel mechanics, automotive technology, or a related field
Experience with fleet management systems or CMMS software such as Maximo or Fleet Pro
Knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle inspection standards
Familiarity with hybrid or alternative fuel vehicle systems
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed
Prior experience working in a manufacturing, logistics, or commercial fleet environment
