Full Time - Mini Shift starts at 5:45AM and ends at 6:15PM, Friday morning through Sunday morning.

Initially training will occur on first shift from 6AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Thursday.

Occasionally be on call when production requires.

Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance and 5 years of machining maintenance technician experience in a heavy-duty manufacturing environment; or completion of apprenticeship or training program and 7 years of machining maintenance technician experience in a heavy-duty manufacturing environment.

Advanced knowledge of HELLER CNC machines.

Advanced knowledge and experience with machine tool control CNC programming applications (Siemens 840D CNC) Advanced knowledge in a variety of machines and tools such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, taps or dies and hoists; including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance

You should have the flexibility to change shifts and occasionally be on call when production requires.

You will need to attend training in Germany for 4-6 weeks.

Knowledge of Rolls Royce Solutions products, policies, and procedures

Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills for precise measurements and calculations.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and utilize GD&T.

Proficiency in using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Experience with Mazak, Makino, or Haas cnc milling machines is Preferred.

Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience OR Master's degree and 10 years of experience OR Associate's degree and 14 years of experience OR HS diploma/GED and 16 years of experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the IC and/or DoW.

Experience using the web-based user interface, FUSE, for collection orchestration, data transfers, and geolocation creation and validation.
