A High School Diploma or equivalent required

Typically at least 3-5 years of experience in HVAC/Controls

Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software

Working proficiency with handheld computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad)

Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

Safety Sensitive roles may require that you pass additional drug screening.

Technical School or formal training is preferred.

Previous experience with DDC controls system preferred.

EPA preferred.

Annual base salary range: $100K - $120K

Bonus target range: 10%-20%%

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.

Experience managing supervisors, managers, and cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Experience utilizing KPIs and operational metrics to drive business performance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.

Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred.

Experience in custom, made-to-order, or high-mix manufacturing environments.

Experience within textiles, soft goods, cut and sew industries.

Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, or Operational Excellence certification.

Experience leading facility expansions, major improvement initiatives, or transformation projects.

Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
