Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to both CNC and traditional machining operations.
Proficiency in CNC programming (e.g., G-code, CAM software) and machining process optimization.
Strong knowledge of CNC machine tools, manual machining equipment, cutting tool technology, and fixture design.
Strong experience with process capability analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and lean manufacturing principles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with operators, engineers, and management.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, GD&T;, and specifications for machining applications.
Proficient in CAD/CAM software (e.g., PTC Creo, Mastercam, Siemens NX).
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Ability to work overtime as required to support production or project work.
Strong knowledge of materials and methods of manufacturing.
Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong organization, planning, and follow-up skills.
Good project management skills.
Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of Rolls-Royce Solutions products, policies, and procedures.
Experience with SAP for production planning and manufacturing execution.
Experience with automation and robotics in machining.
Experience with CNC machines, manual machining equipment, Computer, Copier, Phone, Fax.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing technologies.
3D CAD experience with PTC Creo Parametric.
