High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing quality control management functions on a Public Works, Base Operations Support Services (BOSS), Facilities Maintenance, or similar Government services contract.
Experience managing quality programs, inspections, deficiency tracking, and corrective actions.
Experience analyzing performance data to improve operational performance
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain any Government-required security clearance or installation access.
Ability to routinely move throughout operational areas and customer locations.
Must be able to walk extended distances across the installation, climb stairs, access work areas, and remain stationary for extended periods while conducting meetings, inspections, and oversight activities.
Must be capable of operating standard office equipment and carrying work materials and portable equipment as required.
