Psychologist

Minimum two (2) years post-doctoral practice experience.

Experience following legal M1 hold guidelines for hospitalization of patients.

Experience working in crisis or emergency setting.

Training in organizational behavior, human relations, behavioral interviewing, conflict resolution, mental health issues, managing stress and crisis situations.

Knowledge of Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine patient populations in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Knowledge of the complex systems of psychiatric care and substance abuse treatment at the community and county levels.

Working knowledge of data collection tools, databases, and word processing programs.

Bi-or multi-lingual.

Required Residency: Arkansas (Fort Smith or Bentonville) | Colorado (Denver)

Bachelors degree or higher in education, psychology, special education, applied behavior analysis, social work or a closely related field of study.

Hold currently or have the ability to obtain a valid state drivers license.

Ability to obtain and maintain certification in the approved crisis management system.

Prior experience and/or knowledge in special education services and compliance, effective teaching strategies, classroom management systems, data-based decision making, and personalized learning.

Highly skilled in working with children with learning disabilities, emotional behavioral disorders, autism spectrum disorders and/or other related disabilities.
