2 to 4 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, or in a professional administrative role including work within a law firm, corporate legal department or related professional setting

Prior exposure to corporate governance matters and contract risk assessment

Experience working with field project teams, procurement, risk management, and insurance/bonding processes

High school diploma required

Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), Adobe Acrobat, and document management/matter management systems

Familiarity with litigation support, e-discovery workflow, and document management
