Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions)
Minimum 3-year experience working as a mechanic in the food industry environment or similar
High school education or the equivalent
Demonstrated work experience in a team environment
Demonstrate a high level of mechanical skills and knowledge
Demonstrated ability to learn and use custom equipment and assist in installations
Must be able to Lift, carry or move light/heavy loads up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to Ability to perform duties in extreme varying temperatures
Must be able to Crawl over, under and into equipment as necessary to perform job duties
Must be able to Work weekends when plant enters busy season and when needed.
Must be able to Work on floors that are slippery due to water, gelatin, or dust accumulation.
Must be able to Work on electrical equipment in a safe and responsible manner
