High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Previous experience operating manual machining equipment required.
Ability to clearly communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and understanding technical documentation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Experience using precision measuring equipment and performing dimensional inspections.
Strong knowledge of machining practices, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
Working knowledge of GD&T; principles.
Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
