3–5 years of professional software-engineering experience and a track record of shipping and supporting production software.
Strong TypeScript and modern web-application experience.
Strong GitHub experience. You have used repositories, branches, pull requests, code review, Issues, GitHub Actions, and releases in a team environment. You are comfortable with repository access, branch protections, and practical review standards.
Experience shipping reliable web applications, including user flows, authentication, accessibility, testing, deployment, and error handling.
Practical knowledge of CI/CD, logging, metrics, and evidence-based debugging.
SQL and relational-data experience.
Comfort with AI-assisted development tools, with the judgment to review their output and take responsibility for the result.
Willingness to work from corporate and make limited travel to OSM shops and DSI facilities in Texas, with more travel possible during onboarding.
