Ability to obtain and maintain as required by the store.
ASE Master Technician certification or multiple ASE A-series certifications.
L1 Advanced Engine Performance Specialist certification.
Experience with advanced drivability diagnosis, electrical diagnosis, and interpreting scan data, including freeze frame and live data.
Experience performing quality checks, comeback support, dispatch support, or other advanced repair services.
Leadership or mentoring experience with the ability to coach others on standard work and diagnostic best practices.
High school diploma, equivalent, technical school, or vocational training.
