A valid driver's license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and the use of a reliable personal vehicle
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
Must be able to work evenings and weekends, and as business needs dictate to maximize prospective customer contact
Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned territories and company facilities
The ability to work outdoors approximately 90% of the time in all seasons, with potential exposure to inclement weather
A least basic familiarity with computer operating systems and software applications as well as consumer and commercial communication devices (e.g., PDAs, smartphones, routers, modems, set-top converters, and wireless devices)
An ability to acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings
A willingness to participate actively in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and professional development
A commitment to achieving monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline phone and video services
