Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.

Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including, but not limited to, compliance training, proficiency-based up-skilling, cross-training of other products or offerings, and professional development

Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms.

Must be willing to use your name, picture for advertising on goggle.

Proficient with technology, including tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.

Must reside within the United States.

Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.

Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus

Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

The base salary range for this role is $128,600 - $153,800 based on a full-time schedule.

Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.

Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification

In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: * 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)

State licensed in Texas, obtained by your One Medical start date

Confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.

Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
