Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
At least three years of experience supporting Epic Patient Access applications, including application build, configuration, testing, implementation, optimization, and production support.
Experience supporting patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, eligibility workflows, and front-end revenue cycle operations.
Experience configuring and supporting Epic Real-Time Eligibility workflows, including payer connectivity, eligibility-response troubleshooting, and insurance-verification optimization.
Demonstrated experience analyzing workflows, gathering requirements, developing application solutions, and collaborating with operational stakeholders.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
