Six (6) months' experience working overnight shifts, weekends, and in wet, cold, and physically demanding environments while wearing extensive PPE, including rain gear and chemical protective equipment

Six (6) months' experience performing labor-intensive sanitation and housekeeping tasks using specialized equipment

Three (3) months' experience executing sanitation schedules, following safety standards, following regulatory requirements and lockout/tagout procedures

Three (3) months' experience ensuring accurate and timely completion of sanitation and/or production documentation

Three (3) months' experience executing sanitation duties utilizing proper chemical handling and concentration

Two (2) years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing or industrial production environment

Two (2) years' experience providing informal leadership, training, or work directions to sanitation teams

Two (2) years' experience working with sanitation chemicals, specialized equipment, and food safety regulations

Two (2) years' experience coordinating sanitation activities in an overnight or weekend operation

The total compensation range for this position is $75,600 - $113,400, which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent Ecolab experience in lieu of degree (i.e. Associates + 2 years experience, no degree + 4 years experience)

2 years of sales experience

Experience in broadline distribution, customer service, foodservice, hospitality, or a related industry

Position requires a current and valid driver's license
