Bachelor's degree in Engineering

10+ years of overall engineering and manufacturing experience including experience using optical measurement and test equipment such as power meters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers

R&D; background supporting high-mix hardware validation

Strong troubleshooting skills across analog, digital, power, and mixed-signal systems

Candidates should be a genuine standout in one of two areas: board-level PCBA validation paired with Python automation, OR high-power / power systems validation

Saronic can supplement the rest, but the candidate must bring one true area of mastery.

Master's preferred

Experience in automotive (especially EV), marine, robotics, defense, or ruggedized platforms

High-voltage/high-power systems experience (100V+ DC) an acceptable alternate strength path to board debug plus automation

Personal coding projects or demonstrated interest in electronics/programming outside of work
