High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must complete the Introduction to Inspection training curriculum within 60 days
Strong teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and critical thinking skills
Safety-focused, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to work independently
Familiarity with warehouse policies and standard operating procedures
Comfortable using technology (RF device, tablet, computer, etc.)
Experience with Sit Down, Stand Up, Reach, and Order Selector equipment-or willingness to learn
Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings and other instructions while using related tools and measuring devices to qualify parts
Develop proficiency in necessary programs required to perform department tasks
Lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
Reliable vision (with corrective lenses if needed)
Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet and rotating through multiple work areas
