Additional compensation through overtime and 10% shift differential when working an off-shift.

This position comes with a $3,000 sign on bonus, which is payable after your first 30 days worked. You must be actively employed with us at the time of payout to receive the sign on bonus.

2nd shift - 2:45 pm - 1:00 am (Mon-Fri)

A willingness to work overtime hours as needed

High school diploma or GED.

Five years' experience in machining

Extensive machine changeover experience

Independently troubleshooting and solving complex machine equipment, tooling and programming issues

Ability to Interpret blueprints, specifications, control plans, and work instructions.

Expansive tooling knowledge, including but not limited to, inspection gages, comparator, micrometers, calipers, 6” rule, dial indicator, ring gages, drill/reamer, Johnson gages and Datum gages, magnifier and lights, miscellaneous hand tools and chip strippers.

Standing and walking for extended periods.

Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping.

Lifting materials weighing 25–35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Passing required vision acuity testing, where applicable.

Experience mentoring junior machinists
