Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, accessing work instructions, and confirming tasks.
Ability to learn and apply standards such as J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610.
Knowledge of ESD procedures and familiarity with electronic test equipment.
Proficiency in using hand tools such as tweezers, rulers, cutters, and pneumatic tools including torque drivers and screwdrivers.
High school diploma or GED.
Eligibility to obtain an interim security clearance as a condition of starting in the position.
Experience in mechanical or electrical assembly environments.
Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings for assembly tasks.
Experience in soldering and wiring work within an ESD-controlled environment.
Comfort working with microscopes and magnification tools for microelectronics assembly.
Previous experience in production or manufacturing settings.
