Past experience in construction equipment operator jobs or a related supporting industry.
A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or heavy equipment operator certificate is preferred for the job.

Understanding of GPS equipment and operations.

Excellent knowledge of local market geography, transportation arteries, traffic patterns, etc.
Stand, walk, sit at a desk, work on a computer, climb, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Move or lift up to 60 pounds on a daily basis.
Bilingual in English and SPANISH: AT A MINIMUM MUST BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND SPANISH AND SPEAK BASIC PHRASES!!!
At least three years' related experience in the local market required (last mile delivery, dispatching, transportation, etc.).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Google Drive, Slack, and related operations software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to develop relationships with and influence independent contractors outside of a direct reporting relationship.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a time-sensitive work environment.
