Base Salary/Hourly Range for this position is $94,000 -$140,000 annually.

BS in engineering required - mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, and sciences.

8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience required.

Experience in optomechanical/electromechanical assembly operations preferred.

An understanding of optics, cameras & other sensing electronics preferred.

Lean / Six Sigma certification preferred.

Experience with SAP ERP system preferred.

Preferred Skills and Abilities includes: Experience in opto-mechanics.

Has used or implemented machine vision systems.

Knowledge on how to implement Lean Manufacturing principles.

Proficient in engineering software (Creo and MATLAB, and MiniTab)

Able to define and lead Design of Experiments (DOE) projects.

The base pay for this position generally is between $30,400.00 and $50,400.00

A commission earnings target starting at $65,000

Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services, with an emphasis on data networking fundamentals and ability to educate consumers on related products and services as needed
