High School Diploma
Minimum of three (3) years of progressive administrative experience, with a working knowledge of military policies, operational processes and considerations; ability to implement HR related tasks, processes, and projects to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly
Experience in a human resources profession which demonstrates the capability to perform a variety of recruitment support, employee relations support or personnel action processing functions.
Experience in military correspondence, policies or procedures, providing technical guidance on style, composition, and correct formats, organizing workload and master suspense logs, providing customer service.
Prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Database entry abilities
Experience in the organization of office files and documentation.
Must be a US Citizen.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may occasionally require standing or moving about the office for extended periods.
