High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of three years of manufacturing experience required.
Experience operating or troubleshooting CNC machinery required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing specifications.
Experience using precision measuring equipment, including calipers and micrometers.
Basic shop mathematics skills, including addition, subtraction, fractions, and measurement conversions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality expectations.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
