Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Engineering, or a related analytical field required
5โ8+ years of progressive experience in business analytics, operations analysis, or a closely related field; FP&A; experience is a plus but not the primary focus
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required; precision machining, aerospace, or defense industry experience is strongly preferred
Cost accounting experience required, including standard costing, variance analysis, and manufacturing overhead analysis
Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship and must be an eligible U.S. Person (ITAR requirement)
Travel of approximately 25% between the two sites is required
