Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in systems testing, test management, or a related field
15+ years of professional experience
13+ years of professional experience with a related Master's degree
Candidate must be able to obtain an SF-85P Public Trust clearance from the FAA customer.
Demonstrated experience planning and executing developmental and operational testing for complex systems.
Strong understanding of TFDM system principles, components, and performance metrics.
Familiarity with test and evaluation methodologies, including developmental testing (DT) and operational testing (OT).
Strong Experience with UNIX/Linux operating, troubleshoot connection /network configurations skills
Experience or exposure to AI/ML-enabled systems (Claude-Code), automation, or intelligent platforms
Experience in following a documented Integration and Test Development Process
Strong integration skills with hands-on experience integrating large software complex systems
Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations, including FAA testing policies and directives
Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to address challenges and resolve issues under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to diverse audiences.
Experience preparing and presenting test reports, briefings, and after-action reviews.
