Proficiency with AI tools — including Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar — to accelerate day-to-day analytical and reporting tasks; this is a core expectation and will be assessed during the interview process.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data modeling
Experience with ERP systems
Financial literacy including familiarity with P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting concepts.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Engineering, or a related analytical field required.
5–8+ years of progressive experience in business analytics, operations analysis, or a closely related field
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required
Cost accounting experience required, including standard costing, variance analysis, and manufacturing overhead analysis.
Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to improve and accelerate analytical workflows; candidates should be prepared to discuss specific use cases during interviews.
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in a manufacturing context.
