Manufacturing, fabrication, or machine operation experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work

Operate and support fabrication equipment to produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Load and unload raw materials and finished components while maintaining production efficiency and safety standards
Partner with machine operator leads and team members to meet daily production goals and customer requirements
Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials and support manufacturing operations
Inspect work for quality and accuracy, ensuring products meet established specifications and standards
Adapt to changing production priorities while maintaining a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Contribute ideas that enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance
