High school diploma or equivalent.
Five (5) years of relevant machining, assembly, or precision-manufacturing s upervisory experience
Proven experience supervising union skilled trades in machining, assembly, or precision component fabrication within a complex production setting.
Strong technical background in machining processes, assembly practices, precision tolerancing, and multi-team coordination across multiple buildings or work centers.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Flex between shifts and work areas based on project needs, staffing requirements, or emergent operations.
Work scheduled overtime as required to maintain production continuity and meet customer commitments.
